The issue has now been resolved. The issue was related to a change to our primary database which caused the platform to be unable to serve requests. Both client and consumer journeys were affected. A small proportion of customer data from client integrations may have not been received for a period of ~2-3 minutes, and some customers may have seen an error page. We will be reviewing the incident and ensuring that we can make any changes to improve the platform reliability in the future.
