The issue has now been resolved. We will be reviewing the incident and ensuring that we can make any changes to improve the platform reliability in the future. The issue was caused by a routine update of software on the SFTP server. This update caused an unexpected failure in our configuration management tooling, which in turn disabled SSH connections. The configuration tooling has been restored, alongside SSH connections. No data has been lost during this period, however there may be a delay with data being sent or received via SFTP to/from Mention Me.
