### Background On Aug 21, 2025, our primary Authorization provider began experiencing a network outage with one of their upstream providers. This resulted in the inability to log in for any customers whose authentication token expired during the window. All BuildOps' mobile users attempting to sync data from their local device were unable to reach the BuildOps servers and validate their authentication. ### What Happened At approximately 17:15 UTC, we began receiving reports from customers that they were experiencing latency on some services in the BuildOps platform. At 17:38 UTC, customer support escalated the additional reports to our incident response team. Our incident response team declared an emergency and began investigating with our senior technical team on a teleconference bridge at 17:56 UTC. After confirming the issue was affecting a large portion of our customers, we placed a banner on the application homepage at 18:02 UTC notifying people that BuildOps was experiencing
